- How are drafts counted?
- A draft is counted each time Qorin generates an AI reply for an email. Drafts you delete or discard still count toward your limit. Free plan drafts are counted over your entire account lifetime — paid plan drafts reset on the 1st of each month.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
- Yes. You can change your plan at any time from within the app. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
- Is billing live right now?
- Billing is launching soon. In the meantime, all users have access to the app. Paid plan limits will be enforced once billing goes live — you'll receive advance notice before anything changes.
- What happens when I hit my draft limit?
- Qorin will stop generating new drafts until your next billing cycle (or, for Free users, until you upgrade). You can still read, send, and manage existing drafts in your inbox.
