How do I connect my email account?

Open the app and go to Settings → Email Accounts → Add Account. You can connect Gmail via OAuth or any IMAP/SMTP account with your credentials.

Does Qorin send emails automatically?

Only if you enable auto-send in Settings → Automation. By default, every reply must be approved by you before it is sent.

How do I improve the AI replies?

Go to the Training tab and fill in your business info, preferred tone, and example good/bad replies. The more context you provide, the better Qorin's suggestions will be.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and follow the steps. You'll receive a 6-digit code by email to verify your identity.

Is my email data safe?

Yes. Email content is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) for processing but is not stored after the reply is generated. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I cancel or delete my account?

Go to the Account tab in the app and tap "Delete Account", or visit our data deletion page.
