Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Qorin and its related services. By creating an account or using Qorin, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Qorin is an AI-assisted email management application. It connects to your email accounts and uses artificial intelligence to help you read, triage, and respond to emails. Qorin does not send any email without your review and approval unless you explicitly enable automatic sending.

2. Your Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Qorin.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@qorinapp.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Qorin to:

• Send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited bulk email.
• Harass, impersonate, or deceive others.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls.
• Reverse-engineer or extract the underlying AI models or proprietary systems.

4. Email Account Access

When you connect an email account, you grant Qorin permission to read and send email on your behalf. You may revoke this access at any time by disconnecting the account within the app or revoking OAuth permissions in your email provider's settings.

5. AI-Generated Content

Qorin uses AI to generate draft replies and suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any content before it is sent. We are not liable for any consequences of AI-generated content you choose to send.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep Qorin available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (email providers, AI APIs, cloud infrastructure).

7. Intellectual Property

Qorin and its technology are owned by us. You retain ownership of your data. By using Qorin you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qorin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via the app or by contacting support@qorinapp.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We will provide notice of material changes via in-app notification or email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
